Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days if the order is placed before 12.00 midday. The office is closed Friday-Sunday, therefore any orders placed during this period will be dispatched on the following Monday. Should any item be out of stock, we will telephone you or send an email letting you know when it will become available.

Should you require a speedier delivery time, please use the next day or express option on the delivery page, and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.

Should you have a holiday planned and know that you will not able to take delivery of your order, please call on the above telephone number to make us aware of this. Once again, we will do our very best to accommodate you.

It may be preferable to give a work or neighbour’s address if you are unlikely to be in during the daytime.

We only use reputable, independent, third party delivery companies. After orders are despatched, Fancy Metal Goods will not be held responsible for any delayed deliveries.
