UK Delivery

Most UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, although alternative couriers such as Evri or DPD may be used where appropriate.

Standard Delivery
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing. Once dispatched, your parcel will be sent using a 48 hour service.

Express Delivery
Our 24 hour service includes same working day processing for faster delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery
Orders processed on the same working day will be delivered the next working day. Cut off times are shown at checkout.

International and EU Delivery

The courier used for international orders depends on the size and weight of the parcel.

Please note, Alice Wheeler London does not cover any customs charges, taxes, duties, or clearance fees. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your local import requirements before placing an order.

Shipping to the United States

Due to new tariffs introduced by the United States Government, we are currently unable to ship orders to the USA. This restriction will remain in place until changes are made by the UK and or US governments. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to resume shipping to the USA in the future.
