We're delighted to deliver your Alice Wheeler London order!

UK Deliveries:

• Most UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
• In some instances, we may use alternative couriers such as Evri or DPD.
• Standard Delivery: Please allow up 2 working days for us to process your order. Your parcel will then be sent via a 48-hour service.
• Express Delivery: Choose our 24-hour service for faster delivery, same working day process.
• Next Working Day Delivery: Select this option for delivery on the next working day after your order is processed same working day process. (please note the times for this is valid at checkout).

International / EU Deliveries:

• The courier used for international orders will depend on the size and weight of your parcel.
• Important: Please be aware that Alice Wheeler London does not cover any local customs charges, taxes, duties, or clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly advise checking your country's import requirements before placing your order.
