UK Deliveries

Most UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

In some cases, we may use alternative couriers such as Evri or DPD.

Standard Delivery: Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing, after which your parcel will be sent via a 48-hour service.

Express Delivery: Our 24-hour service offers same working day processing for faster delivery.

Next Working Day Delivery: Orders processed on the same working day will be delivered the next working day (cut-off times are displayed at checkout).
International / EU Deliveries

The courier used for international orders depends on the size and weight of your parcel.

Important: Alice Wheeler London does not cover any customs charges, taxes, duties, or clearance fees. These are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import requirements before placing your order.
Shipping to the United States
Due to the new tariffs imposed by the United States Government, we are currently unable to ship orders to the USA. This restriction will remain in place until changes are made by the UK and/or US governments. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resume USA shipping in the future.
