What is GPSR?

The General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is an EU regulation effective from December 2024. It ensures that all consumer products sold within the EU and Northern Ireland are safe, traceable, and clearly labelled.

Although Great Britain follows its own product safety framework, we ensure that our products meet both UK and EU safety requirements wherever they are sold.

What this means for you

  • Every product is carefully checked and assessed before it reaches you

  • All items include batch, style, or product codes to ensure full traceability

  • Relevant safety information and care instructions are provided, either on the product, its packaging, or here on our website

  • In the unlikely event of a safety issue, we have clear procedures in place for customer contact, returns, or recalls
