Fantastic five star customer service. Having purchased two train cases at the Spirit of Christmas exhibition, my daughter used hers for the first time on holiday in April. Unfortunately, the zip broke but a quick email and a couple of photographs to the company, a replacement train case was sent out super quick. Many thanks!

Lovely cosmetic bag andI love the pockets and sturdiness.   This is my second one as unfortunately the zip broke on the last one but I loved it so much have bought another and will look after it in case that is why the last one  broke.   Delivery was amazingly fast and efficient with notification of delivery time, thanks.
